just how many of you do water changes directly from the tap?
    for planted to be exact..

cos heard from someone that doing water changes from aged water (water left overnight or longer) will encourage algae growth.
how true is this. can anyone enlighten me on this?

I do water changes straight from the tap... no problems here.

As for aged water encouraging algae growth.... errr I doubt it.
