Wild pitcher plants @ Bintulu

During my journey to the coastal area of northern Sarawak, last week, we found a lot of natural cross hybrid of lowland species of Nepenthes in Bintulu area. Below are some photos taken in Bintulu:


The habitat of pitcher plant near Bintulu town of Sarawak:





Red Nepenthes ampullaria.

Nepenthes bicalcarata is very common in northern Sarawak. However, it is rare in southern & western Sarawak.
