Just wondering if you guys trim your fissidens when they grow too long? My fissidens are rooted on a piece of bog wood & they are starting to grow too long.

Just like human hair when it grows long, the fissidens are uprooted easily when they are long. Is it ok to trim the fissidens? What do you guys do when it's growing too long?

I plucked it out and tied them again. But like most plants, it is alright to trim them if you feel like it.

I don't really want to re-tie the fissidens, it is really a lot of work. If i were to pluck it out, will it grow from the wood again?

    Retie.

Try cutting fissidens if you want little bits of fissidens in all your plants for the next 3 months....
