I believe they are avialable though seasonally.
You definitely have a better chance with these than C. hastatus!

Moved to Aquatalk. I think it would be easier if you specified the scientific name because pygmy cory can mean different things to different people.

so anyone spotted these little creatures?

    I REALLY WANT THEM!
last saw them at Hong Yang-cck
But those that were in the tank had white spots so the boss adviced me not to get them. and to wait for the next stock which has yet to arrive..

Generally speaking, the term "pygmy corydoras" is used for Corydoras Habrosus, Corydorus Pygmaes and Corydoras Hastatus. The first two
are generally available from time to time. The last, i.e. C.Hastatus has
not be seen locally for quite a while. I've been waiting for it for a long
    time.

Yes ... but its C.Hasbrosus that they were carrying back then and not the C.Pygmaes that you were looking for.

Hmm.. If Wu Hu really have them.. Think the rest of the LFS will have them very soon as well.. Haha.. We humans are real funny sometimes.. Last time when they were still in singapore.. I have seen a lot in those small tanks in C328 and no one even look at them for few seconds.. Perhaps so commonly seen at those days.. And I had seen a lot died in the tank by then.. Now.. Out of the blues it disappears for quite sometimes.. We are all hunting for them like mad..

Same thing for C. Hasbrosus.. Now very commonly seen.. One day out of the blues, it disappears.. We will all be looking like mad for them again..

i have heard rumours that C. hastatus may hit our shores this year, especially since a malaysian LFS has recently had a shipment of that species in over the last few weeks. perhaps the drought might end soon!

Haha...my tank has already been C.hastatus ready for quite sometime! If the rumours are true then my wish list would finally be complete! Did not realize so many people here were into the dwarf corydoras. Eversince my 1st thread months ago everyone has been cory hunting! Let's hope we're "fast hand fast leg" enough when the hastatus hits our shores eh samuel?
