a newbie: advice/suggestions for my 1 and 1/2 feet tank?

Hi all!

my tank's dimension is 19x13x13 inches.

the rock load is about 8 kg estimated.

i prefer more creatures living at the bottom, with corals and just a few fish for colour.

generally, something that is a little more varied and balanced.

any advice on this and how i should go abt it?

• currently i have 2 tubeworms, 1 scooter blenny, 1 blue-banded hermit and 1 mostly white fish (with yellow on top, and blue fins below.. looks a bit like a damsel)
• got a fan to maintain the temperature between 26 to 27 degs.
• one 24W light that has one white tube and one blue tube.
• there is a protein skimmer.
• no sump.
• using a Dolphin C-500 canister filter.
