Hi all, after returning from a 3 week holiday, i noticed that i had a new type of plant growing in my tank. It is growing emersed on a piece of driftwood, i have some java moss growing emersed in the same area. As you can see from the pictures its the light green, sort of lichen-looking plant circled in red. I'm not complaining though, it looks pretty nice hahaha any help with identification would be much appreciated!! Thanks

It’s Riccia fluitans or crystalworts. A small piece of it must have been there in your java moss and when the conditions are right it starts to grow

Hi bros, can anybody here help me to identify this 'weed'? It was accidentally packed together with a pack of java moss when I bought it. I had a very hard time trying to get this weed out of my aquarium as it was really fast growing, taking over my moss in a very short time.
