June 22, 2008. My hands & legs are feeling "itchy" when i saw the limestone boulders. After lunch, I quickly drove to the countryside to pick a small limestone hill to climb. It was a solo climb, so I told myself I must be very careful to climb or else, I might not be going home alive.

Paradise on earth!!!! The limestone hills of Penrissen area; this location is about 45 minutes drive from my home.

    Breathtaking scenery!

I'm risking my life to go up to the summit to take this shot....I must be crazy!

The razor-sharp limestone boulder! MUST wear hand gloves if u want to climb this one....very dangerous but very exciting & fun! Good place to lose weight!

    The dense limestone hill forest.

The exposed summit area : hot & dry!

Clerodendron disparifolium is growing abundantly here. Too bad, there is no pitcher plant at the summit.

    Orchid, Bulbophyllum reticulatum.

    Unidentified species of orchid.

    Jewel orchid, Dossinia marmorata
