Use of Sera Products like Flakes
for Tropical fishes
in Planted Tanks
good or bad ?

I've heard its due to its low percentage of Phosporus only 0.9%
anyone have knowledge on these things

I don't think it really matter. Fishes do need the P in the fish food. Some of it just go into the water when you feed.

Don't really need to be too obsessed about P in fish food. Just don't overfeed will do.
