Pig nose turtle

hi all, i have pig nose turtle for ard 3 months alr. 1 and 1/2 week ago, i move it to a new two feet tank and it has been looking lifeless after that and have not eaten since then. It's body is also a bit red and it's shell is always peeling off skin...

Do u guys have any solution for me?
