Are you asking about their species name, or are you trying to find out what variants/strains are they?

They are all Betta splendens, don't know what variant though, crowntail, half moon, double tail etc.

2nd picture should be a female halfmoon plakat.
1st pic is a male, but won't know the strain unless it flares.

they will fight. maybe result in death? or if you are very lucky they may spawn for you. after which you have to remove the female.

get a small tank, maybe around 2Litres?
then seperate out one of them ^^
another way is to buy a divider or smth and split your tank in half.
i did that once for my juvenile bettas, now i've gotten a tank for each.

oh erm the red one is female, and its well. just a normal red betta i guess?
the top one is likely a male, butterfly maybe? i'm not so sure.

and yes, lobsters are a bad bad idea. one of my friends didnt know that and what was left of his fighter the next day were the fish's scales....

    haha thats good/

the plants sorta help in concealing the fishes from eachother. anyway, if you ever want to make a community betta splendens (fighting fish) tank, the best way is to put a lot of plants and driftwood, and ketapang leaves =) then have many many places to hide from angry neighbours..
