Actually I've used 2 sticks for my ADA 2ft tank (previous scape)... it's more suitable for matured tanks in which the nutrients within the soil have been depleted. Probably 1 year old onwards (in my opinion).

In terms of comparing to other brands... I have no experience

They're just Iron fertilisers for plants that require nutrients gathered from the root system. More for cryptos, echinodorus etc. I do not swear by it & i believe there are other brands out there which offer the same if not similar nutrients at a cheaper price.

After inserting the long bottom i do not see special growth. It's not a miracle tab but it might be a very concentrated one.

I've pass around a few for forumers to try & i don't recieve astonishing feedback so i guess it's just another root tab.

    Cheers!

I had the opportunity to try it together with Seachem Tabs as well as Oceanfree's Root monster in the same tank. All 3 sections of the scape didn't really have too much of a difference.

    That's my personal observations.
Studying the water chemistry and nutrients is a science.
Knowing what plants to get and how to use them is an art.
Aquascaping is a marriage of art and science, the logical and emotional.
