wynx,
It's a bit tough as I was using the 100mm marco with 2x TC,
focusing is difficult.
Picture are slightly cropped, usually the space in front.
Thanks.

Maybe it is not a focusing issue but rather distortion because you have to shoot through thick glass and your subjects are swimming at the back of the tank?
ck
p.s. SENSOR DUST!!!
CK,
Thanks, I don't really know. Could be the glass, also could be the TC,
or it could be my eyes
haha anyway it was quite a challenge to shoot a close up of the eye
of a small fish. Shooting a discus eye is much easier.

Richard,
Try discus eyes. Much easier to shoot.

Nice colours. Looks like abstract art...
I still think your tank is distorting the image sharpness.
ck
CK,
kek sim lah, always come out not sharp enough
can use CS3 to sharpen? hehehe
tmorrow go shoot butterfly, no glass to distort

Erm, photoshop can do a lot of things. But there is nothing much you can do to sharpen a image if it is not focused in the first place.
How thick is your glass anyway?
Try a bigger profile shot.
ck
CK,
tank glass is 5mm, quite normal I think.
Think I go for profile shot better.

Richard,
Can see the holes on the albino discus. Is this normal? I got holes too when I shoot my wild discus last time. I thought mine were sick.
