I think the first shot WB got thrown off by the red background, you can try the click WB tool in DPP if you have Canon RAW.

Butt people got more nikon, fish people got more canon.

there should be an equivalent tool in NEF converter.

Nice shots Jeff, especially the first one. Can see the details. A bit yellowish tough.
