I spoke with auntie today when I was there this evening. ETA is late tomorrow night and so will be available from Wednesday onwards. Auntie recommends getting on Fri/Sat to give the fish time to settle down.

Ya.. All the best for those who intend to keep tiger ottos.. Think I will give it a miss too as I find them a bit too fragile for my liking..

hey bro feed them cucumber and occasionally algae wafer, got 5 zebra (3 from Y618 and 2 from C32 all are fat and healthy, so far no casualty, since they brought them in this season, ... also keep in soft water slightly cooler temp. i keep in 1 ft cube tank, so easy to monitor and also easier for them to find food.

sorry off topic, giving advice on the zebra oto here, so is the tiger oto for real this time?

    thanks

given how rare fish are swept off the shelves quickly, that's a very real possibility. perhaps you could ask auntie to reserve some for you for friday collection?

i find that usually when I ask auntie/uncle to reserve for me, they will choose the nicer ones to reserve.

Haha.. Don't think it will be gone very fast la.. When they come.. it will just be like the zebra ottos.. Should come in bulks and batches from times to times.. I think for the time being.. It will be better for the future tiger ottos keepers to read up more on the requirements this fish need before proceeding to buy..
