    I saw this fish, http://www.aquaticquotient.com/forum...ad.php?t=43536, at Seaview aquarium tuesday's evening. Well, they mislabeled it as rhombo barbs..anyway, no barbels on them so I vividly recall seeing them on AQ. And indeed.

    Anyone interested, may go get them there...

    you sure they aren't Rasbora einthovenii?
    why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

    Definitely not. I had Rasbora einthovenii in my tanks before. One difference for a layman like myself is that the horizontal strip in the einthovenii is different from cephalotaenia, they are covered with spots...
