    Hi..

    Anyone has ever kept this otto before or knows whether this otto has ever reach our shore before? Any idea where I can find them? I think it is also known as the red tail otto.

    Wrong genus, not Otocinclus. It's Parotocinclus maculicauda.

    As far as I am aware, I think someone had this before, so I would think that it has been here before, but the stock is probably very very rare.
