Addicted to invertebrates with over 60 snails.
lovely colours!
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

Public aquarium?? That's very good, knowing how their display lighting is usually never enough and how thick their glass is.

Very impressive shot, my friend!
That polyphony of color nuances, pageantry and dept is amazing!
Camera used: CANON 350D
Lenses: EF 50 mm/f2.5 Compact-Macro and EF 50 mm. f/1.8 II
Ext. flashes:Canon Speedlite 430 and 580EX
Hi Andreas,
The details are amazing despite the slight 'noise'. Jellyfishes behind thick glass and not able to use flash really make this type of pictures very challenging.
Thanks for sharing with us.
Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?
Hi,
thank you for your kind words - especially since they come from such talented and skilled photographers. It was kind of disappointing not being able to use flash guns, the good thing about it was the fact, that one was forced to concentrate on non-flash photos ;-)
