Wildginger is still a Mod in AQ, if there is sufficient interest and a venue. I don't see why he wouldn't do one for AQ
This session is organized by National Park.... so you might have to put up the suggestion to them....

hurray for that, I want to learn before I leave the country.
Nearly forgotten that I had taken some pictures at the event. Too bad I had to leave early with my friends and did not have the chance to interact with Phillipe...
Bro Merviso, more pics please, or is there a website to visit for your pics on the event?
hi dkk08, I was there a bit late and the session had already started. There are lots of people attending and I actually did not take much pictures....
There are only a few other pictures of the substrate that Phillipe recommended.. I try to upload tonight.
Maybe AQ can have a tie up with National Parks and arrange for a Vivariums session that is more specific to people familiar with Aquatic setup in the near future.
Ah and of course we want to see pictures of bro's scapes that they did themselves after attending the workshop...

haha... sorry for the delay... ... I'm actually busy setting up my new 4ft tank after delaying for a few months... but nope, it's not a terrarium, also not a vivarium , and not even a planted tank... ... just a simple lapis and driftwood tank for my seven Polyterus (Birchir) that have outgrown my 2ft tank...
Anyway... just a few more pictures taken during the workshop...
These are some of the sample plants that Phillipe has brought to the workshop..
These are some of the materials that Phillipe has introduce as the base of the terrariums...
Sorry but I did not take down the name of the materials... but I think one of them is Vermiculite...
There were a lot of questions from the aunties and uncles attending the workshop sitting right in front and Phillipe was distracted quite often. Otherwise, could have learned so much more from him...
Hello,
I'm keen to join the next session available. I will try to check regularly this thread for updates. If there are some private sessions kindly update too. My no is 9765 5740.
I have gotten myself the clay pebbles from Giant Tampines same as in the above picture. S$4.99 for a 1.5 kg bag. I got two bags of it and at the moment I just lay them at the base of my 2ft tank with some potted plants and hanging creeper plants. The tank is illuminated by a 2ft double tube aquarium light. Also I have bought a rocky background made of styrofoam but this I have not cut and fit it yet. Just standby first thought don't want to rush things; better to do properly
