might be the leaf of banana plant..
the pattern and the colouration along with stem looks the same for me..

If you are looking for that plant and found out where they are being sold, do tell me, as I am looking for them too =)

Could be a hydrocotyle variant too.

    Or Nymphaea variant?

more likely the former i think

Hi davescube and Verminator... many thanks for the input, really appreciate!

I think its a banana plant... not sure about the scientific name though (as usual ).
I brought this plant form C328 about 2 weeks ago... davescube, probably you can try there.
I've attached the submerged plant picture.

It's a fast growing plant... 4 emersed leave in 1 week!

    Thumbs up

May be your plant the same my plant hereafter.
Below other way I grow this plant (if some mistake please remove my post, thanks)

Two pictures under I collect from google, others are in my tank, I show the root of the plant by tie into the drift wood.

Normal way to grow this plant

The leaves floats on the surface of the fond and flower.

I use somes plant with big and dense root

    - Plants + drift wood + thread + h2o2 to treat(prevent) the algae.

    - Tie the plant into the drift wood

    - Finished and put into the tank
