anyone uses the above?

as read, it will increase K to 80ppm.
does additional k needs to maintain 20-30ppm weekly?

If you are using equilibrium to the full dosage, you don't need to add K,CA, or magnesium

yes. OK to be more exact, what I do is I do a 30% water change... then when topping up water I add about 1/3 the dose or equilibrium for my full tank volume. Or you could say that I add the full dosage for the volume of water changed.
