guys, just want to share my observations/recent mini success in growing blyxa japonica and hope others would also contribute!

i think many of you wouldn't consider my success a success at all, but i've finally managed to keep my blyxa japonica alive and looking great after 1 month! i've previously bought a few pots here and there but they've never survived, save for flourishing.

recently i've discovered that Co2 plays a big big part in helping them to grow and root. without Co2, the leaves just melt like crazy and break off at the stem after 1 week. with the addition of Co2, however, i've noticed that melting is minimal even after 1 week of planting.

they're doing rather well now, with the ones right under the reach of my PL light flourishing, while the ones receiving less light in the blind spot is surviving well...

i invite the other lovers of this plant, to come in and share your tips and successes too!

cheers
