I'm using it for a 4ft tank.

yes, its good.
no basefert needed
needs massive washing.
search for seachem fluorite for articles
isit the same as the dennerle brown gravel at NA ?
here fishy fish fishy . here shirmpy shirmpy here is my noobie tank(3wk)
different. dennerle is inert. seachem is not. iron rich
excuse me
but did dennerle or someone publish that the dennerle gravel was inert?
dennerle is quartz, quartz is inert.
anyone knows how much it cost? and comes in how many kg pack?
at NA they selling at 28 bucks . i think its abt 5 kg or more
here fishy fish fishy . here shirmpy shirmpy here is my noobie tank(3wk)
seachem fluorite = around $48-55 for 7kg pack, depends where you get it
So is it a Base Fert of some sort?
no
it's a substrate
APPARENTLY what seachem says is that when you're using this, you don't need to use additional base fert
however, i don't see how this product can entirely replace base fert
afaik the only notable thing in there is iron
dea, no idea. but it works, before I converted my 4ft tank to full seachem fluorite, I used it on my 2ft , no problems growing lotuses etc.
stuff I used to grow in fluorite.

Seachem Flourite is clay. It acts as a media for absorbing nutrients (ion exchange or stuff like that) unlike normal gravel which is inert as Chris said.
