Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
ceratopteris thalictroides
thanx. ive read it only need a little co2.. do this plants need base fertilizer
technically no
it puts up enough 'aerial' roots to qualify as a floating plant, imo
it looks more like wisteria(Hygrophila difformis) to me. Hmmm...
Regards,
Brigitte
the foliage is superficially similar, but water wisteria has an upright stem, while the sumatran fern grows from a central rosette.
Fairly easy to grow plant, doesn't need CO2 injection, can be left to float or rooted in the sand, and does ok with moderate to bright light (2W per gallon or more).
It's a good beginner plant. Very easy to grow. But I don't like the way the plantlets can easily detach itself from the mother plant and float around in the tank.
koah fong
