But find it really weird to see the massa incident... with so much practice pitstops...... and still making this mistake.....

Its not his mistake, its the electronics that the team decided to depend on.

ya i know its not his fault.... actually the electronic green light release was on manual mode during the safety car pitstop and someone press the green light button too early.

Wow the rotors are really red hot, same as the F1 cars..........
(Actually I don't know what it is and why is it red hot)

it should be the brake disk.

Yes, those are the brake disc or rotors.Calipers with brake pads will clamp on the disc to stop/slow the car. It glows red hot due to intense braking after high speeds.
