What is Dragon Claw bro? If you're like me who is very bad at scientific names, a photo would help in heaps...
I have some Dragon Claw in my tank and it seems to be dying instead of thriving. The leaves are turning transparent. They're decaying I think.I can't figure out what's causing this.My other plants, riccia, tiger lotus, etc are doing fine in the same tank.
My equipment is as follows-
2 feet tank
New ADA Amazonia 2 soil on top/fertilizer + soil from my old tank at the bottom
24W x 4 T5HO lighting (Switched on at least 10 -12hrs a day)
CO2 injection(Bell type,disposable can.Plan to upgrade soon!)
Hydor Prime 20
Concentrated fertilizer(dose around 10-15ml every 2 to 3 days)
Does anybody else keep Dragon Claw around here? Can someone help me out with how to cultivate this plant to cover my tank's foreground?
Thanks

Utricularia graminifolia.
from what i know, never keep bottom dwellers with them... espeically fishes that will eat plants.. like yamatos or SAE.. my UG in my past high tech tanks never grow nor did they die.. most likely due to the yamatos disturbing the UG.
I guess cool temperature, CO2 fertilisation and constant nutrients supplement helps.
At least that was what worked for me the last time I plant it.
There can only be ONE
I think good water and Co2 circulation helps alot, as i used to float a bunch of it in a stagnant tub... it turned colourless and rot away. I managed to salvage a tiny clump and so far it has prospered in my tank again.
Cheers!
Thanks bros for the tips.Er,what is the ideal temperature for this plant? My tank's temperature is 28 degrees celsius.Do I need to lower the temp even more?
Utricularia graminifolia is not that tough to propagate, although it can take a pretty long time to acclimatize in an aquarium.
Good circulation is required and it does not do too well if fish is always poking at it from the start. It also does not do too well if there is a strong presence of chlorine.
Your current stated temperature is fine.
