Zero, be wary of a certain brand of brine shrimp eggs sold in many fish shops. I won't name the brand here because I don't want to get sued. But many fish shops in Singapore get all their goods from a major import/exporter here and one thing I can tell you, their eggs won't hatch. I kenah played out many times already.
To find out how to hatch the eggs, check out my website at www.killies.com. Click on "brine shrimp hatchery" under "Introduction".
As for frequency of hatching, it depends very much on how many fry are you raising. I always have 2 bottles of hatchery going on at the same time but each day, I only need one bottle. One bottle of baby brine shrimp can feed a few hundred fry easily.
By the way, there's another thread here going on at the same time about brine shrimp eggs. Maybe you would want to go there and read what I wrote.
