if you want cheap you can go to seaview. i bought mine there at 50 pcs (XL) for about $35. Their jumbo size cost about 50 for 50pcs.

i recommend biotope really nice colour and reasonably priced. i got some last wk
Go Gan Aquarium. They import them now and then.
Biotope in Ang Mo Kio~!!
Uncles there quite friendly & nice~!!
i very highly recommend seaview for cardinal tetras. good quality and cheap. I've stocked 2 4x2x2 tanks and 1 2.5ft tank with cardinals from seaview
definitely need more cardinals...haven't had much luck keeping them alive even before releasing into my tank!
these little creatures get stressed so easily during transportation and by the time I sink the bag in my tank, 1 or 2 already half dead!
I've kept a bag of 100 from Seaview from early afternoon to about 10pm before releasing, and not a single one died
I've bought a bag of 50 pc from Seaview with contaminants of Pristella before. Do check before you go off.
Colorful Aquarium do sell pretty nice jumbo sized ones.
If you buy from C328, get the ones from the betta tanks. They are a little more expensive but in better health. The ones in the rojak tank usually don't stand a chance.
Suckerfish no eat poo poo.
U can get a pretty good Cardinal from C328. 70ct per piece.
There is also selling XL big size Cardinal, 1 bag 30 pieces at $33.
Can vouch for that. Bought 50 cardinals from Seaview last week for $30 and all survived.
Initially, I was a bit wary as I had bought 50 from a LFS in Tampines and within a week, 46 of them died. Woke up every morning to fish dead ones off the water.
One week on, and the Seaview Cardinals are all alive and well and colours coming out nicely
