Dear All Freshwater Fish Lovers
Hi, I'm thinking of changing my tank rearing tetra to shrimps. the setup of my tank is 2 feet tank, normal sand base, ricca tied on log and rocks, mini tawian moss on log. the lights are 2 ft t5 4x25w and with co2 dissolve into water on a 4 bubbles per 10 sec.
i have no problem with the plants and the tetra. however my shrimps (yamato and malaya) cannot survive long. thinking of upgrading to only shrimps. advice please

my 4ft is doing well...
Cherries and Malayan are hardy... should be good to start with . A fan would be good too, to lower the temperature.
ya. i have 4 fans blowing for 6 hours and another one for 16 hours.. ks.. hahaha. so the ave temp is around 25deg cel.
but after reading all the forum, seems hard for the shrimps to breed. any suggestions? the the type of soil? and the filter?
