    What are those green spots on my plants' leaves

    Hello guys!

    As you can see in my attached pictures, there are green spots on the plants leaves. What are those spots? Is it Algae? If so what type of algae and how can i get rid of? Or due to other problems? Pls advice me. Thanks alot.

    Green Spot Algae (GSA)...

    Had them too when I first started into this hobby... Reduced my lights-on duration & also my fert dosing regime (Frequency & Quantity)... Also had them on the inside of my tank's glass surfaces, so had to use unwanted plastic cards to scrape it off...

    For the leaves (I'd in on my slow growing plant - Nana), I simply took a scissors & cut those leaves with the GSA spots on it off... [Heart pain, but luckily new leaves soon sprout out again...]

    if you really-really want to get rid of it once and for all, use UV serilizer. You still need to cut the inffected area though.

    does regulating the co2 solve the problem too?

    For me, I just use the Sechem Excel. Not using Co2.
