hi chcs
Those are the emerse leaves of the ehinodorus plantlet....is it the E.Rose or the E.Grandiflorus? its quite normal for the old leaves to dry up like that as new ones develop...it may be good if you cut the dried leaves away....

hi david
it is a marble queen plantlet.but why is it that those emmerse leave i saw at farms do not dry up ?
chcs....
Is your plantlet near the lighthood?....mostly is that they are near some sort of heat source and the initial leaves are pretty delicate. But i wont worry too much about it as its the old leaves that are drying up and not the new ones......plus the fact that i can see that the new leaf emerging looks alot thicker and tougher.
