Can share what's the lighting you are using for them? How deep is your tank, or rather how far is your light bulb away from the plant?

I am using 150watt MH, hung above water surface of about 10 inch to a feet, for a 2ft deep tank. Effectively, the light source is about 2feet away from the top of the plants. I am maintaining a temperature in the tank ranging from 23.6 to 24.4 C.

I am starting to dose 5ml of Seachem Iron once every 3 days, for a 200 litres tank.

I can't really get them real red. BTW, they have been with me for about 2 weeks or so. Have not trim them yet., but they seems to be growing fast / tall from what I observed. They aren't these fast when I had them a few years back.
