Are these the only fish generally regarded as "Dwarf Shrimp Safe", meaning they won't eat or molest the Shrimplets as well as Adult Shrimp.

    - Most species of Boraras (Boraras Brigittae/Mosquito Rasbora, Boraras Merah, Boraras Uropthalmoides)
    - Otocinclus (Most smaller species)
    - Pygmy Corydora

Can anyone expand or make corrections to this list?

Safest will be Oto, follow by those tiny boraras in your list. Best to create a pest free tank by control the amount of feeding and quarantine those plants that you want to add into the tank.

tetras like to nibble, so might cause stress to the shrimp. i wouldn't reccomend that. and whiptail catfish seems quite a big species? (not sure, read that it grows to a max of 3 inch+) if the shrimp can fit the mouth of the fish, then its not advisable to have it in the shrimp tank.

How big is your tank? Ensure adequate cover (moss, DW, plants) for your shrimps. Otos are very safe for shrimps.

are there species of dwarf Otos or Otos that remain very small (below 2cm) on sale at LFS?

Edit: I found some at Petmart.

Thread title renamed to include the word dwarf to avoid confusion. Some shrimp can grow till 7 cm upwards, so there would be many fish that can be "shrimp safe" for these shrimp.
