how much is one??
Recall that someone's looking for Botia Sidthimunki sometime back. Spotted them in Qian Hu this morning, Lot 47, Blk 5. (One of their warehouse block now contains all their accessories while another has rows of tanks of fishes - for retail - since early this year.)
P-L-E-C-O-R-Y=M-A-N-I-A!!! YEAH!
FLORENCE, capital of the region of Tuscany, has a population of around half a million inhabitants, spreads on the banks of the Arno, between the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian seas, almost in the middle of the Italian peninsula. It is a city which bustles with industry and craft, commerce and culture, art and science.
how much is one??
yo fav ....
kekek ... actually before I got started on corydoras ... I was actually thinking of loaches. Remember sseeing one on the cover of TFH ... and I thought it was beautiful!
4 bucks, ainnit?
1 in long?
quite nice
but QH is inconvenient
4 bucks? there was a shop selling them for $8 a piece!
Fish.. Simply Irresistable
Back to Killies... slowly.
QH selling for $8 too....[]
QH has 2 sizes of dwarf chain loach, one is super small, below a inch and the other is slightly above 1 inch
Oh, these loaches are simply super-cute!
They're very lively and when they move around, they remind me of a super-fast submarine, dunno why.
Another quality, non aquatic-related post from mrs budak!
consider me the proud owner of 20 of these.
hah... $4 is special price lah, cannot get from retail.
retail price is $8, the lfs buy from QH at $4
they are endangered/extinct in the wild..
Just a comment.
I saw them at Jatujak market in bangkok for 10 baht for 1 over the weekend.
Bought 2 of them.
Went to H2O. Selling there too.
wah chris, 20? Will they burrow holes in your tank? []
Are these loaches good for snails? I solved my snails problem using a puffer but looks like the puffer is now going for my yamatos.
kaipium, they'll eat your snails. but not the big ones. baby snails are their favourite. actually, almost any moving thing small enough to fit their mouth will be devoured

i bought a loach from the ah pek shop at tiong bahru on monday. the shape resembles a botia but the marking is black on silver background. costs $2. any idea which type of loach is that ? i was hoping my khuli and this loach can help me control the snail infestation.
btw, what do i feed them with in case snails don't go down well ? they dun come up to surface. will sinking type of small pellets do ? live food is too inconvenient for me. they are cute fishes. thks
