if u got them in a small tank, given some time, we wouldnt school
I'm planning to keep cardinals and 2 clown loaches (about 2 inches) only in my replanted old tank.
I was wondering, would a school of 20 cardinals be comfortable in a 2 feet tank? would they school? or is the 2 feet to small to school in. Would they school in ten? Would the clowns disrupt their schooling habbit?
I don't want them moving about as individuals, spoils the look...doncha think so?

how abt some T. espei aka rasbora espei.. they tend to skool more in my 4ft, but wonder how they react in smaller tanks
"We" ...LOL...Simon..for once I thought you became a cardinal..LOL
Well, schooling fish like cardinals only swim in a school if they feel threaten. Once they feel safe, they simply stop schooling..its that simple...[]

Well, my is a 2ft planted with no roads or lane for schooling fish, BUT
my Rasbora heteromorpha still find loopshole for schooling. They are good but feed little.
Don't bother if its Black cats or White cats, so long as it can catch Rats. Its a Good Cat.
hmm, thanks TTL will check it out,
