    any of you guys know what this plant is? looks like peppermint

    It is a Hemigraphis sp., most likely Hemigraphis traian which is a true aquatic. It tends to turn red to burgundy when submersed.

    I did tried planting some Eleocharis dulcis I swapped from my wifey's fridge.
