The erect moss you gave me shows absolutly no signs of browning and has grown wild. The Singapore moss has grown in the same "stringy" pattern as in the NA tank but it is grown in the chilly 21 degree tank with low K. Dunno if this helps anyone.
KL, the Erect Moss you gave me quite some time ago is still surviving and multiplying. It went through a browning stage because I left it in a small plastic container unattended for several weeks.
Luckily for me I had a plastic breeder trap lying around so I placed the browning clump into it and placed the trap directly beneath the spray of my rainbar. Now its a healthy green clump and slowly overgrowing its compartment.
Fish.. Simply Irresistable
Back to Killies... slowly.

Kwek Leong et al,
Thank you for all your suggestions. I'll give it a shot! Hopefully I can restore my erect moss to its former glory! If not, I hope I can trade my abundant narrow leaf java ferns for some healthy thriving mosses of any kind.
Cheers,
Roger
Just visited the shop yesterday and the erect moss are still doing good.Originally Posted by timebomb
