Well this is one of the strangest things I've ever heard... Can you supply a close-up of the leaves?

I suspect a fungus/bacteria or perhaps the lily is trying to kill it with some or other toxin.

    Very odd.

Ah! one more thing. If the Anubia was grown emersed and then submerged then it may shed its old leaves that are not adapted for a submerged lifestyle.

Want to do non-CO2 for this tank...drop the one of the 36w PL or you would have issues real soon.

    Re: 2ft high tank.

    What's your name "dom"?

I can't comment on the plants but judging from your pic, you have at least 8 angels, 2 platies and 2 apisto-like fishes in your 24"L x 18"H tank (you sure it's 2ft high??), and that's pretty high bio-load for a sparsely planted tank.

I did note you mentioning that it's a 'quarantine' tank... so where's the main tank?

BTW, what's that you're using for background? Looks like some sort of scuptured foam. [looks cool]

Dom is just a nick. nothing special. But friends hv a joke with my nick. Dom=Dirty Old Man.

Pls check on the unhealthy nana as below:

The tank was bought from friend. He said it is custom 2ft high tank with 2ft height. Yes. i hv 8 angels, 4 CAE, a molly and a sword tail, 3 apisto, 1 catfish, some rasbora and some female betta imbellis. All these was from my 4ft tank last time. Don't knw where to keep. so just throwing in there. I am giving away the angels.

my main tank is 6x2x2ft tank. Pls check on http://www.killies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1663
