Hi Freemann
Looks pretty much like the Eichhornia Diversifolia.......
This plant was found by me in Christmas in a a small creek with slowly flowing water in Karistos Evia Greece it was growing in very beautiful underwater bushes in half shaded parts of the stream and it was coming up to the surface in sunny parts of it. It seems to be a pure aquatic plant, it has delicate stems 1 mm thick and 1 - 1,5 cm leaves. It grows fast in 3 different aquaria and is quite decorative photo of the plant is here:

The title below my name does not make me a guru...listen at your own risk!...
It does, it looks like heteranthera zosterifolia also but leaves are really small, I am pretty sure it is another plant maybe of the same family.
Looks like Eichhornia Diversifolia to me too. Eichhornia Diversifolia has rounder leave tips while heteranthera zosterifolia's shaper.
