Found it in the flower nursery. Growing emersed. But the root need to be inside the water all the time. Otherwise will dry out fast.
I was have some from the flower nursery. Just a 5 minutes drive only. I found the leaves dry out. Quicky placing them into my nano tank in office. The leaves all turn back nice after a minute.

looks like Ludwigia sedoides..... key is small yellow flowers.... its a rooted plant, but the leaf rosette grows only at the surface.... very demanding in terms of light.... only seen it do well outdoors..... a much larger plant with very similar leaf formation (but totally free floating) is Trapa natans.

    Hi Zul,
Definitely it is not Trapa natans. Because I have lot of Trapa natans at home. And the leaves are very big.
This plant i have with very small leaves. You can compare to my fingers. I think it is Ludwigia sedoides as brother Budak mentioned. The biggest leaves i saw there are smaller than my thumb.

Ludwigia sedioides. This plant is more suitable for outdoor pond
