Kevin,
I have not tried "Chendol" plant yet but I am doing one soon. Just like any rooted aquatic plant, divide them into small bunches and push the roots into the gravel. Do not use bare fingers but a pincer to do the job.
Hi guys,
Am a newbie about emerse plants and getting them ready into submerged stage.
I've placed an order for some emerse Chendol and I'm not sure how to plant it into my tank.
Are there any procedures I have to follow before putting the plant into my tank?
Thanks
Kevin

Hi Freddy,
Thanks for the info.
You have an idea how much space between each bunches?
My chendol is not here yet, should arrived on the 5th.
Yours too?
Cheers
Kevin
I am not sure when it will arrive. Where you bought it and how much it costs?
The space between them depend on how much of the plant you have, the tank size and the lighting intensity. As rule of thumb, one to two inches apart.
I ordered mine from Far East Aquatic.
As for the cost I'm not sure whether I can post it here.
I'll pm you the price.
