hair algae help!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone,
after setting up my tank and when everything appears to be fine i see this hair algae growing along with java moss attached to drift wood,
how can i get rid of it?
please help me

Do all:

1) lower light level 1.5-2 w/g
2) increase CO2 15-30ppm (not with diy)
3) add amano shrimp (1-2 per gallon)

nb SAEs will eat hair grass but also mosses
