    Came across these sunbird and "koko" bird back in Malaysia. Shot with a 90mm macro lens, and allowing me to come close to them, I think they are really firendly to me.

    Nice and sharp! The verticle format worked well. I find the branch in front a bit distracting though. What is the grey background BTW?

    Malaysia is a paradise for birds. Good catch on the sunbird. It's a male Olive Backed Sunbird. It's quite plentiful in SG too. Some are pretty friendly too.
    The branch is a bit obstructing, but hey, catch them as you can. Especially with a macro lens. You can wait for them to go for a clean perch with a green background, but with a macro lens, it's a bit tough.
