Seachem excel is a liquid CO2 replacement
Seachem Flourish is equal to trace + a bit of N, P, K but not enough concentration ro be considered as macro

For me, it happens to be daily routine as I feed my fish.

    Liquid ferts
    Wonder-gro Macro+ : 2 pumps
    Wonder-gro Micro+ : 1 pump
    Tank volume : 100l
    Lighting : 90W
    CO2 : 1bps
    Substrate : plain silica gravel

Once every 3 months : couple of Wonder-gro Root+ tablet inserted into the substrate.

Very convenient and clean way of dosing a tank. Not much counting, no mess, no fuss.

Macro + 4x drops. micro 2+ drops per week. Though im not sure if macro is too strong or high in PO4, been getting a little threads algae of the late. Taking into account all things being equal. Might need to adjust co2 with dosing, i think.

In my opinion light is the most important. CO2 and Fertilizer will follow what ever you put on top. Means more light more CO2 and Fertilizer. There is no direct relation between CO2 and Fertilizer.
