Cannot grow Elatine triandra ?

Used to have small batches of Elatine triandra growing well on the substrate. But now, it seem to melt away. It started to turn yellowish initially and then later having holes on the leaves and finally melts away.

Thinking that it may be due to nutrients deficiency; I have tried another batch of these plant with the full dose of liquid fertilizer but finally still get the same fate. Anyone have similar experience with this plant? Please advise. Thanks.

I normally use JBL liquid fertilizer. But, I did not use it consistently. Ooops

Mine grow like siao...
I put ONE Sera Root fert in the middle of the bunch (bout 10cm by 10cm) and got only 3 15W tube and one with reflector. Got CO2 and my output of CO2 is like siao cuz inside only got less then 10 guppies. Output of co2 is bout 10> bubbles per sec
