Hahaha, don't worry Luenny. The spiderman nick will not stick, right .

Nice DOF on the cicada and the moth is gorgeous. It would be perfect if the moth did not turn its head away.

    Hi Loke,
I was just kidding about the spider part. Anyway, to get DOF of the moth, I had to stack 2 photos because it was situated very close to the background. If I use anything higher than f8.0 the background will show. But at f8.0 I can't get the whole moth to be in focus. So I had to stack. I wish I had taken more shots to stack, it's not very clear yet.

    great sharpness!
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

Thanks guys. The moth was tiny and very close to the ground. I had to squat down and be surrounded by ants to get the shots. End up shooting just a few shots and get out of the place.

Yeah, sharpen all pictures before posting. I shoot in RAW without sharpening turn on. So have to sharpen during PP. Besides, even if you sharpen on the camera, after resizing you probably need to sharpen again. But original picture have to have certain amount of sharpness to begin with. Otherwise, no matter how much sharpening also won't help.

Thanks Mervin. I'm still learning from the sifus in NPSS and NPX. Of course one of them is the real spiderman (tchuanye) which influence me into shooting spiders.
