    Recently went through an article on how pH level can affect the uptake rate of different nutrients...wonder if it is true though? Anybody care to comment on that? The website is http://www.floridadriftwood.com/plantinfo/pH_level.htm

    I'm not sure how much we can draw on this... however we do know that some plants prefer hard water and others soft water... given that the hardness of the water is proportional to the PH at at a given level of CO2, then we can say that certain plants would thrive better at different ph.
