Thanks Altum lover. Unfortunately they didn't seem to have any when i visited. Anyone seen these? Was hoping C328 would have them.
Was at C328 on Tuesday night. They had at least 3 pieces already bagged, in the tank with the shrimp at the back. Can call and check if they still have.
I see thanks a lot! That's weird because i went there on Tuesday to buy my Jebo 825. Will go down tomorrow.

i m looking for it too! apparently went to c328 just now. spotted them, i can't confirm the id, cos it was bagged in a huge bag which contains a number of individual bags. uncle quoted $16, he said it's snakehead. look someting like the first photo found here: http://www.aquaticquotient.com/forum...ight=snakehead
I am trying to find cheaper ones, :P Budget tight.
Cheers
Those at C328 now are not Channa bleheri. Saw them yesterday. They should be C. gachua. C. bleheri has no pelvic fins, but similar species like C. gachua and C. orientalis do.
Bleheri is normally cheaper and more commonly available, but it is a sub-tropical species from Assam, India and does best at lower temp around 20-24 degrees C. Gachua has a wider range including Malaysia and Singapore.
Lucky for me, I didn't buy it, :P Hard to ID since I never seen a real 1 in my whole life and uncle don't know scientific names, Thanks for the info,
I've seen em at QH before but the last time I went to QH was.... eons ago... but seeing as to they are the biggest wholesaler/exporter in sg I dont see why they wouldnt have em still... but then again I wouldnt want you to take a wasted trip there...
their prices are sky-high,
C328 has several pieces of gachua, but cheaper than the last time. Now the same price as bleheri usually is. I noticed some split fins, but the fish have very good colouration. You may want to consider these.
