What's the tonina growing

Anyone knows what's growing out of the tonina? Or is it just normal growth?

Actually i thought its going to flower or something , but it turns out to a new stem growth.

yup, peter. Its my DD... after i did a major trimming to populate my office's tank.

In fact, the BBA came back in force, but i've sort contained it already.
