    Hi Guys, here are my 105 L marine tank, shabbily done but i like it nonetheless. My first marine tank since the 4 years ago when my 4 ft was decommissioned 3 years ago due to power failure, anyway that was my dad tank which he bought ready with corals and stuff. i just used it to invite girls over

    Warning, pictures might be disturbing for experienced Reef tank owners!

    thanks for sharing. very nice setup !! i just got hold of a JBJ 24g as well. thanks for writeup on the break down of stuff you're using serve me as a guide. going to start off with my liverocks first any good place to recommend for quality liverocks with good spread of coraline algae?

    liverocks you can get at any good LFS or marine farms. pasir ris has lots of them. around $5-8 per kg, live sand is around $3-$4/kg. always buy live rocks from reputable LFS or farms. they must be cured- meaning given bacteria treatment and free from parasites.

    thanks bro. setup mine yesterday after liverocks shopping from the east to west. now that i've setup and looking at your 28g i find my 24g pretty restrictive. haha

    shouldnt be. 4gallon difference is not that big. why not post some pics to share with rest of reef hobbyist
