one of the way to cull is to put the fishes in a small tub. and straight away put them in your freezer..
the fish would be dead within 5 min or so..
this method was taught by other people when i played fancy bettas..

Nope, not a good idea, research have shown that they suffer alot by using the freezing method. Maybe quixotic aka the walking dictionary can help us with that

I just place the fish in a plastic bag and bang it (hard) on the floor a few times.
Sure die and fast. Sounds cruel but the fastest way and cheap.
Read the thread about using clove oil, think it's hard to get, maybe can use Transmore.
This is tranquilizer for fish, place fish in a container with little water. A few drops and fish will go to sleep forever.

I would go for eco culture cycle, big fish eat small fish. The world is shortage of food , so don't waste them , let the cycle continue.....

I believe they would not, if it eat immediately. Only that if it do not eat, then it will get infected, because they both stay in same tank . Weak, sick and old animal , would be finish by lion and tiger, but they still king and healthy.

If I'm a big fish I rather spend time chasing the healthy little fish instead of a sick fish, eat fresh

i mean if only they are so badly sick that we should cull them. giving away your culls to people who are willing to take care of them would be the more humane way.

Yeah I don't support culling unless the fish is really sick... it's definitely worse than abortion

no matter how culling is won't die instantly.. unless sudden death..
I have once dropped a piece of plastic into my betta tank when lights off, when I switched on the light, the betta was chopped into half and died..
